What integrated means here
Marketing, IT support, housekeeping, manpower, technical maintenance and security are handled by our own teams. For specialised MEP, HVAC and civil work we use our network of qualified approved technical service partners, and we stay responsible for the result.
How we work
Every site starts with a survey. We list what is there, note what is not working, and put a written scope and manpower plan on paper before anything begins. After mobilisation the work runs on a schedule, and you get a monthly report you can actually read.
